We are in the process of digitizing our invoicing procedures.
For sending invoices via email, please use exclusively the following email address: rechnungen@moers-festival.de
This mailbox is strictly reserved for the submission of electronic invoices.
When sending invoices electronically, please refrain from additionally sending invoices by post.
If you already support the new German e-invoicing standard "ZUGFeRD-2" (a hybrid PDF invoice with embedded XML dataset according to the XRechnung format), we would appreciate receiving invoices in this format.
If you are not yet equipped for this, a standard PDF (A) format invoice will suffice for the time being. Please send it to us via email.
A single PDF file must be created per invoice.
IMPORTANT: No enclosure.
Please avoid including any invoice-relevant information in the email body, as we do not intend to retain the email itself, much like we wouldn't keep an envelope in the past.
The PDF must be directly attached to the email (not additionally packaged electronically).
Emails that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.
